SIHG Bus Will Travel in Kenya - Thanks to the Netherlands

Once upon a time, in a land far, far away, there was a girl named Karen, who wanted to see elephants. karen 1She began packing to see what could fit on her back, boarded a plane, and set her feet on the soil of Kenya. Her journey took her to many places, the exotic, peaceful, diverse landscapes, and many interesting people. Little did she know, but soon her life would take a turn that would change many lives, by a mere chance meeting on a train.

As the journey began and the train chugged away from Mombasa, Karen struck up a conversation with a woman also headed to Nairobi. They talked about the country, the people, the needs and projects in Kenya. The woman encouraged her to see a project and directed her to none other than SIHG. Karen arrived in Nairobi, and went to meet with the Director of the project. Unfortunately, upon her arrival at SIHG, the person who she was told to meet was not there. Where was she? Ah, the mystery and miracles were beginning to unfold. Unbeknownst to Karen, the director was in Hilversum, Holland, the home town of Karen, with children from SIHG.

Kenya Reminders

Kenyan Coffee

Be sure that you have supported our exports here in Kenya.  Coffee and Tea are large exports for Kenya.  The coffee you drink can keep a family from going hungry.  Many people count on the jobs available on tea and coffee farms.

Web Site News!

For several months there has been anticipation about a web site. It is important to note that all the efforts on this site have been for the sole purpose of engaging others to support the work with the children in Kenya. All the credit for the efforts made to get the site available for those interested go to ALL the children of Seeds in His Garden. They are the ones that sacrificed the most as others made attempts for something that they would be proud of. Children are the key to the future of Kenya. God Bless them!
